Westwood is a British fashion icon, renowned for her fusion of punk and New Wave aesthetics with a modern, yet classic feel. She is a favorite among celebrities and Hollywood royalty and has made headlines for her political activism. Westwood has campaigned for nuclear disarmament and designed t-shirts bearing the slogan: "I am not a terrorist. Please don't arrest me."
