Released as a taster for Josh Clayton-Felt's first post-School of Fish solo effort, Inarticulate Nature Boy, this EP was named after one of that album's most infectious cuts, the delicately bouncy "Soon Enough." Along with another LP track, "Dead American," and a couple of equally infectious outtakes ("This and Only This" and "What Good Is Heaven"), the song combines deceptively simple arrangements with lush orchestrations to highlight Clayton-Felt's natural pop instincts. ~ Ed Rivadavia, All Music Guide
